Saturday: Pick up in Florence

On day one of your authentic tour of Tuscany, your local guide will collect you from the main entrance of the station of Florence, before whisking you away to your new Tuscany home; a stunning private apartment in our local Tuscany Farmhouse.
Sunday: The Casentino Valley
Casentino Valley ----> Poppi Castle ---> Saint Francis' Monastery
This is a historical region that gives you a chance to experience the soul of Tuscany. Our guide will take you off the beaten track to explore some of the region's hidden gems.
On this day trip, we'll visit the majestic villages and castles of the Roman period, giving you the unique opportunity to experience the spiritual side of Tuscany. Be prepared for an exceptional morning of awe-inspiring moments.
After we're done sightseeing, we'll head back to the farmhouse for a dinner that lets you taste authentic Tuscany.
MONDAY: Soak up Tuscany with wine
Montalcino ----> Montepulciano--->
Today's tour will give you an opportunity to sample some great wine and the area's famous delights. We'll start with a visit to Montalcino, where one of the world's best red wines, Brunello of Montalcino, is produced.
We will introduce you to the winemakers and give you a chance to taste their wares at one of the area's most esteemed vineyards overlooking the Tuscan hills.
Having learned more about Brunello di Montalcino, we will progress to Montepulciano, a stunning medieval Tuscan village that is steeped in history.
We'll visit the city walls where you will get a chance to watch the local artisan tradespeople at work creating traditional copper goods in their workshops. We'll also have an opportunity to visit some of the area's wine shops (locally known as Enoteche) where you can find the perfect gifts to take home with you.
We'll finish the day having dinner in a local Trattoria at the accommodation - a traditional Tuscan restaurant with the best local food.
Tuesday: Cooking class Florence or Arezzo or Siena

On the third day of our tour, you can choose between relaxing at the accommodation or we can organize an extra day tour in Florence, Arezzo, Siena or a cooking class upon request.
If you are interested in visiting any specific museums, churches or any particular place in any city, it is advisable to inform us in advance as they require reservations in advance.
Wednesday: The Chianti Region

This is a popular vineyard tour day for wine enthusiasts! On today's 7 day Tuscany itinerary, we will get an opportunity to visit the Chianti region of Tuscany, known for its world-class wine.
In the Chianti countryside, you'll tour some of the area's most notable castles and vineyards and get a rare opportunity to learn the deepest secrets of Chianti's renowned wines, including the popular Chianti Classico.
Our tours of Tuscany will also include a visit to an extra virgin olive producer in a small Medieval town. You'll have a chance to learn more about Tuscany's olive groves and artisan oils as well as take part in virgin olive oil tasting.
Having sampled some of Chianti's famous fare, we will head off to Greve to visit Tuscany's most renowned butchery and deli. Once you have had the chance to stock up on the area's high-quality produce, dinner will be served at the farmhouse.
Thursday: La Maremma Toscana
La Maremma ---> Antinori's cellar ---> Castiglione della Pescaia
La Maremma has some of the most famous architecture in the world. Here, you can have a chance to learn more about the connection between the Etruscan population and the history of wine in a modern engineering jewel winery.
After a walking tour of Antinori's cellar and a typical Tuscan lunch, we will then progress to one of the nicest beaches in Tuscany. Located near Castiglione della Pescaia, it has a wonderful medieval castle and is famous for its delightful views, delicious restaurants, and vibrant nightlife in its Piazza.
From there, you can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach where you will be able to mingle with the locals and enjoy an Italian aperitivo before coming back to the accommodation for dinner.
Friday: The Pratomagno mountain

On the last day of your Tuscany tour, you will have an opportunity to witness the splendor of the Pratomagno - a stunning mountain range and one of Tuscany's most interesting attractions.
This is the place that saw the end of Australian explorer Herbert John Louis Hinkler's attempts to fly from England to Australia.
The day's activities will begin with a trip to Loro Ciuffenna, a picturesque hill town and home to Gropina's Roman church. This is a truly beautiful building that will hypnotize you.
We will then stop off at some of the small medieval villages that are scattered throughout the mountainous landscape, taking every opportunity to sample the local produce on offer.
Saturday: Drop off in Florence Station

We'll end our tour of Tuscany with a hearty breakfast before bidding our farewells at Florence station.

Once we have checked your documentation, a 25% deposit of the overall tour cost is required. No booking will be reserved until the deposit is received. Balance of the payment will be due 30 days before starting the tour. Deposits and balance of payments are accepted by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal (5% surcharge).
Payment of the deposit indicates an acceptance of all the conditions.

Our tour groups have been designed for a group of no more than 8 people per week to ensure that client needs and enjoyment are always our top priority.
Tour timing and tariffs are subject to change.

- Daily transfer in a comfortable minivan from the accommodation to the different locations of the tour and back (9 hours/day tour service).

HISTORICAL TOUR GUIDE. If you are interested to learn more about the art and history of any cities, we can arrange for a professional local tour guide who can explain the history and culture of the area. The price is $95,00 USD per person (min 2 people). Max 3 hours service. If you want to hire a private tour guide, please let us know at least two weeks before the start of the tour.
DINNER OUT WITH THE LOCALS: After each day tour, you can choose between having dinner at the farmhouse (included in the package) or going out to a family-run trattoria near the accommodation for a different traditional Tuscan food experience with the local guide. You can organize the dinner out directly with your local guide during your tour. The price for this extra service (pick up and drop off) is $58,00 USD per person (minimum 2 pax).
