1°day: Palermo
On the first day of this Sicily tours you will meeting with our guide and transfer from Palermo to accommodation in hotel for fast refresh and starting to explore the culture and Sicilian kitchen. The itinerary starting with a visit in the Capo Market, the oldest market in Palermo, where you see and taste the famous street food: panelle, arancine, crocchette and pani ca meusa. You admire the little and colour shacks that characterize the richness of fruits, fishes and meet and the personsellers scream to take your attention. After that you’ll visit Palermo that it extends along beautiful tirrenian bay. Founded to the fenicians on 7° and 8° century AC, it was conquered to the Arabics on 831 and there started a great prosperity period. You will be enchanted to the wide boulevards of the city, to the historical center and to the baroque builds... you will visit the main attractions of the city like Norman section, Quattro canti(the four corners in the city), baroque square of Cathedral. 2° day: Monreale , Erice e Segesta
Breakfast and departure to Monreale. Visit the imposing Arab-Norman cathedral (famous for the rich Byzantine mosaics that decorate the inside) and its beautiful cloister, masterpieces of art, sculpture and inlay. The Sicily tours continue to Erice, a town situated at about 1000 meters high, with a view of the archipelago of the Egadi islands. Lunch. In the afternoon we will continue with the visit of Segesta one of the most beautiful places in Sicily located on Mount Barbaro, the top 400 meters above sea level, founded by the Elimi. 3 ° day: Mozia, Cantina Florio, Sambuca Di Sicilia
After breakfast at the hotel departure to Marsala, where we will visit the island of Mozia. Then visit the Florio winery, a warm place, rich in mineral soil, sea-kissed breezes, and where Marsala wine was produced for almost two centuries wine tasting with lunch in the cellar.
After lunch continue to Sambuca di Sicilia, a typical Sicilian village that in 2016 was voted the most beautiful Borgo of Italy "THE VILLAGE OF VILLAGES". In this wonderful destination you can enjoy its historic center with its beautiful walk; the Carmine church built in 1530 but in fact you'll notice that instead demonstrates a strong fourteenth-century style to get there you have to climb atop a picturesque uphill road between two majestic palm trees. After the visit of Sambuca di S. proceed to Agrigento, arrival in the evening, accommodation in hotel and dinner.
4°day: Agrigento/Borgo di Sant’Angelo Muxaro/Valle dei Templi
After breakfast we will travel to reach the hinterland of Agrigento where on the hill in the center of the Platani River it was born little village call Sant’Angelo Muxaro(old Kamikos, famous for Dedalo and Minosse mitos). Our guide will then take us to a bakery to taste biscuits and home-made cookies; then we will visit a shepard’s house to taste soft pecorino cheese and ricotta cheese, still warm. 5°day : Cooking Class - Park Cultural Farm / Catania
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Favara. This experience has guests spending a morning at the Farm Cultural Park of Favara (Agrigento). Cooking course lasting about three hours, using fresh, local organic produce; guests will receive instructional hands-on lessons in the preparation of three traditional Sicilian dishes;

6°day: Etna Tour e visit Winery / Taormina
Breakfast in Hotel and transfer to Etna Mountain, the biggest active volcano in Europe, It is one of the main attraction in Sicily. Beautiful and famous not only for vulcani phenomena, but as well for the breathtaking view and the different kind of flora and fauna that you can find there. During the climb,in maximum security, you can admire the principals point of the pass eruptions discovering the traditional smells. Visit to the historycal center of Ortigia where you will be encanthed to the amazing Barocal Cathedral and its square that it was Greek Temple in Doric Style. Following, along the little street of the centre you could see th famous Aretusa mountain, in front of the Big Port.Lunch in restaurant and departure to the close Noto, Barocco Capital in Sicily and UNESCO Heritage. Along its main axis you will admire palaces, chuerches and convents where the main are th Cathedral, Nicolaci Palace, Villadorata and Ducezio Palace.Return in hotel in Siracusa with Dinner and Accommodation.
