Day 1 - Arrival in Milan. Best of Milan Walking Tour with Aperitivo
Upon your arrival, meet & greet your Tour Director and transfer to the hotel in Milan where your luggage will await you. Take the time to fresh up and meet your Tour Assistant before dipping into the beauties of Milan. Starting from your hotel begin your walking tour of Quadrilatero della Moda, the elegant fashion district that features famous streets like Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga. Discover the best brands in the world, such as Gucci and Armani, in a tour of Milan’s top fashion boutiques and streets. You will visit imposing Duomo, the real symbol of Milan, admiring its extraordinary Gothic architecture. From there, you will go to the Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, the world-famous La Scala Theatre, where world’s greatest musicians and opera singers perform. Next stop you’ll reach the splendid Sforza Castle by tram, the old fashion cable car going along the most charming streets of the historic centre. You’ll be stunned by the massive walls of the Castle, once a military facility. Finally, we will conclude our tour with a gourmet Italian Aperitivo. Day 2 - Milan. Como Lake and Bellagio
After breakfast you’ll have the chance to discover the beauty of the Italian lakes! This charming experience includes the transfer by train from Milan to Como and a walking tour of the chic lake town of Como with your tour leader.
You’ll discover majestic white marble Duomo, walk along the elegant Via Vittorio Emanuele, the ancient medieval walls and the Romanesque Sant’ Abbondio Church.
If you also like shopping you love the beautiful and picturesque streets with traditional and local shops and products. Our walk continues along the lakeside promenade to reach Villa Olmo with its ornate garden and magnificent views of the lake and town. Then you’ll enjoy a boat-cruise on the lake to reach the charming village of Bellagio, pearl of the Como Lake.
Your One Day pass (Free boat circulation ticket) included will let you explore the area as you desire and for instance lose yourself id the magnificent Villa Carlotta botanic gardens or through the alleys of graceful villages. After the tour your tour leader will escort you back to Milan and overnight at your hotel. (B)
Day 3 - Milan to Venice. Food and wine walking tour/Gondola ride
After enjoying the morning at your leisure, you’ll reach Venice by high speed train. In the afternoon discover Venice and its legend, tasting the Venetian Street food and surfing by gondola the Grand Canal looking Rialto Bridge and beauties of Venice. Listening the history and the legend of “Venetian nobility” tasting the most delicious flavours and the product that the merchants traded across centuries and continents learning about the local street food traditions sipping a glass of wine by the old fashion taverns and bars out of the t beaten track accompanied by a choice of delicious Cicchetti dishes (Venetian "tapas"). Jump on board of Gondola ferry to cross the Grand Canal and visit with us the Rialto open air Market. Day 4 - Venice to Florence/Best of Florence/Tuscan Dinner with Bistecca Fiorentina
In the morning, you will have some free time to discover the city at your leisure or take an optional tour of the Venetian Islands: Murano and Burano.
Early in the afternoon you’ll board a high-speed train to reach Florence in about 2 hours. When arriving at destination you will take a short walk to the hotel and find your luggage there. You will then enjoy a walking tour of the Best of Florence, exploring the beauties of the City by night. We will visit Piazzale Michelangelo with its amazing view over the city. Followed by the city’s Roman origins to a 15th century palace, the Ponte Vecchio, the famous Uffizi courtyard, to the amazing Brunelleschi’s Dome which overlooks the Baptistery’s golden “Gates of Paradise”. After these visit you will appreciate the exclusive dinner in the heart of Florence and a typical florentine-style T-bone steak. Overnight at your hotel. (B)(D)
Day 5 - Florence. Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena, Chianti tour/lunch and wine tasting
After breakfast you will board a bus to discover the beauty of Tuscany and visit its enchanting medieval towns on a guided excursion. You reach Pisa and visit its stunning Piazza dei Miracoli, to admire the Baptistery, the Cathedral and, of course, the famous Leaning Tower. Lunch in a wine bar or restaurant and enjoy a wine tasting of renowned local wines as well as a traditional Tuscan dish. After lunch, the wonders continue with a visit to San Gimignano, the splendid Medieval town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then following the panoramic roads of the Chianti region, you will get to Siena, the city of the Palio Horse Race. Overnight at your hotel in Florence. (B)(L)
Day 6 - Florence. Day at Leisure: optional activities
This entire day at leisure or you may choose from optional tour such as: exploring the treasures of the City like the Accademia Gallery and its David, or the Uffizi and its masterpieces. Or you might take a day tour to Cinque Terre or experience the Tuscan Countryside on a Vespa tour or Horse-back riding. Overnight at your hotel in Florence (B)
Day 7 - Florence to Rome. Panoramic tour: Colosseum/Trevi Fountain/ Sistine Chapel
This morning you will board on a high-speed train to reach Rome in about 1 h 30. Just after your arrival you will take a panoramic tour of Colosseum and Forum from the outside, and then near Piazza Navona you will go on with a walking tour of the Baroque Rome: including the treasures of the amazing Travi fountain as well as the Pantheon, unique jewel of architecture. After a quick break to rest you will skip-the-line to get in the Vatican Museums where following a carefully planned route, you will visit the most famous the Sistine Chapel, plus a wide variety of galleries featuring ancient sculptures, tapestries, medieval maps, paintings and precious relics. As you travel your guide will show you little details in Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel frescos such as the painful punishments. With skip-the-line Access to get in directly from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter’s Basilica too, so that you can visit the stunning masterpieces held within. Day 8 - Rome. Day at Leisure: optional activities
The entire day at your leisure or you may choose from optional tours such as Colosseum and Ancient Rome tour, Borghese Gallery tour if you prefer to learn more about local art and history, or maybe a fun Pizza Making Cooking Class to learn the secrets of the most famous Italian dish. At the end of the day, if you like you might treat yourself with an optional Gourmet Dinner with paired wines. (B)
Day 9 - Rome. Day at Leisure: optional activities/ Special Dinner in Frascati
After breakfast free time at your leisure for the day. Late in the afternoon board on a regional train that in about 30 minutes will lead you to the exquisite town of Frascati. Set in the Castelli Romani area, Frascati has been chosen through the Centuries by Popes and the aristocratic families for their summer residences.
Frascati will give you a breathtaking bird’s-eye view of the Eternal City as a special souvenir and a special dinner in a typical “Fraschetta”.
The fraschetta in Frascati is uniquely Italian, and something you should try at least once in your lifet: drinking wine and eating local food in a friendly atmosphere.
After dinner, board on your train back to your hotel in Rome. (B)(D)
Day 10 - Rome to Naples. Pompeii/Sorrento
You’ll start your journey early in the morning, once you’ve boarded your high-speed train to Naples. After the 1-hour ride, you’ll reach Naples and then transfer to Pompeii. Explore the excavations and get touched by the dramatic history Roman city destroyed and buried by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AD. After the guided tour you’ll proceed to Sorrento where you’ll find your luggage. Dinner and overnight. (B)(D)
Day 11 - Sorrento. Capri full day tour
After breakfast, transfer to the harbour of Sorrento and reach the enchanting Isle of Capri, favorite vacation spot of the Emperor Tiberius. Once arrived at the port of Marina Grande you’ll take the trip around the island seeing: the "Scugnizzo" welcoming statue, Tiberius' leap, Coral Grotto, White Grotto, Natural arch, Villa Malaparte, Faraglioni, Bay of Marina Piccola, Siren's rock, Green Grotto, Punta Carena lighthouse, and if the sea and weather conditions permit, also the famous Blue Grotto (The visit inside the sea cave by row boat is not included in the price of the trip, and must be purchased separately at the entrance to the Blue Grotto). After returning marina Grande you will take the minibus and reach the glamorous La Piazzetta to enjoy an elegant atmosphere and you’ll have time to delve into the Island on your own.
Return to Sorrento where you’ll enjoy a tasting of the unique Limoncello, the zesty liquor made from the fragrant lemons of Sorrentine Area. Dinner and overnight. (B)(D)

TOUR GROUPS:
Our tour groups have been designed for a group of no more than 6 people per tour to ensure that client needs and enjoyment is always our top priority.
Tours and tariffs are subject to change.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
All tours, travel arrangements and accommodations are secure from the time of confirmation of booking. Consequently a cancellation fee will apply on all cancellations.
If you cancel your tour reservation for any reason, your first deposit of 25% is non-refundable. If you cancel 90 days before tour starting date: 75% of your total tour cost is refundable. If you cancel between 90 days and 60 days before tour starting date: 50% of your total tour cost is refundable for physician documented emergency medical reasons or for police documented cases of accident, flood, fire, or crime. Cancellations less than 30 days from the tour start date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the tour cost will apply.
We do not provide refunds for: non-medical personal problems; air carrier delays or cancellations; inability to obtain passports; business problems or emergencies; etc.
In the unlikely event or if the tour fails to fill with the necessary minimum number of participants required (2 people), you would be entitled to a 100% refund in full.
COST/EXCHANGE RATES:
Prices and tariffs quoted for the tours are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as significant currency fluctuations.
INSURANCE:
You are required to purchase your own travel insurance to cover cancellation coverage, airline tickets, trip delay, lost luggage or any potential medical expenses, personal accident and sickness, emergency repatriation and personal liability. It is advisable to take specific cover for ambulance through the respective State ambulance providers or through their own private health insurance.
Please note that travellers on Tuscany Untouched tours must have comprehensive travel insurance. We will require evidence including policy number, insurers name and emergency contact number before we finalise your booking.
LUGGAGE:
You are allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. If you exceed this limit there may not be space in the vehicle to transport your excess luggage and it will be at your own expense to have it transported. We suggest that you bring a day pack for carrying water, guide books, jacket, rain gear, etc.
STRENUOUS WALKING
Most medieval towns were built as hilltop fortifications, so you will find some challenging climbs. There is a lot of walking on our tours and you will spend a lot of time on your feet while sightseeing. Age is not important as long as you are physically fit and a strong walker. Our tours are not suited for anyone who has problems with knees, back, heart or obesity.
SINGLE TRAVELLERS:
Single travellers are provided a private apartment. The additional single supplement cost will apply.
PRICES:
Our recommended tours and dates, as listed on our web site, are guaranteed once a booking is confirmed. Your additional expenses will be for non-included meals, moderate tipping where appropriate, and personal sightseeing or shopping.LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
No responsibility is accepted for any loss, expense, accident, injury, or damage to any person or property due to the actions or omissions of any person, or any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defects in machinery, breakdown of equipment, weather, quarantine, negligence, loss of baggage, or other causes beyond our control, such losses being the responsibility of the guest.
MEMBERSHIP ON TOUR:
Tuscany Untouched Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept, reject, or not retain any person as a tour participant whose condition or general deportment impedes the operation of the tour or, in the opinion of the tour manager, affects the rights and enjoyment of other guests. A guest not retained on tour shall have no cause for complaint or refund, and shall bear any and all extra expenses that ensue.
TOUR CHANGES:
All information on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, correct. However, we reserve the right to make changes in accommodations, visits, and itineraries at any time should it become necessary or desirable. Delays or itinerary changes caused by strikes, bad weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we are not obliged to pay guests compensation.
STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Just a reminder that travel on Tuscany Untouched trip requires a degree of flexibility, and you should understand that the trip’s route, accommodation and modes of transport are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances. Should Tuscany Untouched PTY LTD deem it advisable to amend an itinerary for any reason, it may do so by shortening, varying or re-routing any trip. These changes are binding and additional expenses will be charged to you if the reason for any alteration is outside Tuscany Untouched’ control.
While travelling with Tuscany Untouched you agree to accept the authority of the leader at all times. You are aware that travel within a group may involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desires and physical abilities of group members. You understand that Tuscany Untouched reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of the group at any time. To the best of Tuscany Untouched’s knowledge, these third parties are qualified to perform the duties they are contracted to perform. However Tuscany Untouched will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur due to the behaviour of these third parties. Tuscany Untouched will not accept responsibility or liability for any traveller who contravenes any law or regulation of any country visited. No employee, servant or agent of Tuscany Untouched Pty Ltd has authority to vary these conditions.
CONFIRMATION BOOKING FORM
All Tuscany Untouched travellers on group trips must sign a Booking Form. Please note that signing the form is a pre-requisite of travelling with Tuscany Untouched Pty Ltd. The wording of this form follows.
“I understand that touring with Tuscany Untouched Pty Ltd may involve risks (and rewards) above and beyond those encountered on a more conventional holiday, and that I am undertaking a physical trip with inherent dangers. I understand that I am travelling to geographical areas where, amongst other things, the standard of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunications and infrastructure development may not be of the standard I am used to at home or would find on a conventional holiday. I have read and understood the Tuscany Untouched tour notes for the trip I am undertaking and have provided details of any pre-existing medical conditions I have to Tuscany Untouched Pty Ltd representatives. I accept these risks and obligations and I fully assume the risks of travel. I release Tuscany Untouched Pty Ltd from any liabilities connected to these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.”
